About Bradley Ag & Industrial LLC

Bradley Ag & Industrial LLC was founded in 2023 by owner and operator Will Bradley. After years of working alongside growers, commercial elevators, and agricultural processors, Will recognized a growing need: contractors who could deliver dependable millwright and industrial services to a rapidly expanding agricultural industry, and continue to serve the industry and it’s operators for years to come.

As farms grew larger and more bushels were stored on-farm, the need for a trained, responsive workforce became more critical than ever. That’s where we come in.
We’re not just a company — we’re a team of people who know what it’s like to be in the field, with dirt on our boots and tools in hand, getting the job done right the first time.

Starting with a few local grain bin builds and millwright projects, we quickly earned a reputation for being dependable, hands-on, and never backing down from a challenge. As our business has grown, we’ve never lost sight of why we started: to deliver high-quality, custom solutions to the people who feed and build our communities.

From day one, we’ve treated every project like it’s our own operation on the line — with the same care, pride, and attention to detail we would give our own homes, farms, and businesses.
